This approved decision has been obtained within only 8 weeks from the submission of application pack and detailed planning drawings. Thisdesigned extension sought to make this small town-house more ‘user friendly’ for its residents and provide additional disabled accommodation for the residents elderly parents to visit. The underused, constrained rear amenity space was utilised to create a functional and visually striking addition while simultaneously creating a distinctly landscaped area with south facing terrace and shaded pergola area.
